Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once and are no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective. Any return must be authorized by BRD Security Products and under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorized. Returned merchandise authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from BRD. Return of defective items must be within thirty (30) days of receipt, no exceptions. No discontinued item may be returned. Some returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, at our discretion. WARRANTY We guarantee all BRD products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days after sale. We will replace or repair, at our discretion, the item providing there is no evidence of misuse or alteration. Transmitter kits not warranted.
